Dayton Roofing Contractor Achieves Quality Awards from Firestone Building Products

Dayton, Ohio – Firestone Building Products Company recently named Command Roofing Co. a  2008 Firestone Master Contractor. The local roofing firm also earned the Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award in recognition of its dedication to long-term commercial roofing system quality.

Command Roofing Co. has achieved Master Contractor status for the 14th time and has been recognized as an Inner Circle of Quality Award winner for the eighth year.

In the 20th year of the award program, 262 commercial roofing contractors were named Firestone Master Contractors throughout the U.S, Canada and Mexico. Based on total square footage and Quality Points accumulated, Firestone-licensed contractors earn the Master Contractor Award each year by achieving exceptional inspection ratings on Firestone Red Shield warranted RubberGard™ EPDM, UltraPly™ TPO, UNA-CLAD™ metal and asphalt roofing system installations.

The Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award recognizes Master Contractors who install a minimum of four warranted Firestone roofs in each of the past five years, maintained at least two million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty, and achieved an annual Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) of 2.0 or less. Firestone’s QIR measures each contractor’s quality performance based on warranty repair incidences per million square feet under warranty.
